FOUNDER
I was part of the national cycling team.
Later, I became a two-time HYROX Elite athlete.
I’ve competed at the highest level.
I’ve stood on start lines where margins are seconds.
I’ve experienced the pressure, the preparation, the sacrifice.
And I’ve coached for over 12 years.
In 2022, I founded THEFRISONMETHOD — not to build another fitness brand, but to build a performance system that works in the real world.
