When you click on the "Join" button, you will be redirected to the Fitr app. Here you just need to create an account and register for the program. You will then have direct access to all our content.

Training for HYROX is dynamic, and so are you. Switch tracks anytime to address emerging weaknesses or lean into strengths.

One thing that’s very important to us is proven progressions. No workout in our programming is random or designed purely to make you suffer. Instead, our training is built to maximize your Hyrox performance by combining science-backed strength, endurance, and race-specific workouts. Each session targets key areas like explosive power, sustained aerobic capacity, and mental toughness, ensuring you are prepared for the demands of competition. From structured strength training to sled-heavy Hyrox simulations, threshold runs, or erg intervals, every workout is designed to build both fitness and confidence.

The time commitment is flexible and depends on your goals. Most athletes spend 60–90 minutes on their main workout 4-6 days per week. For those with more time or who want to focus on improving specific weaknesses, optional sessions can bring your total training time to 90–120 minutes or even a bit more. We encourage quality over quantity, so even if you can only complete the main sessions 3-4 days per week, you’ll see significant progress over the weeks and months.

We understand that life can get busy, so the program is designed to be flexible. If you can’t complete all the sessions, prioritize the main workouts for each day. If you can only train 3-4 days per week, our coaches will be happy to chat with you via message or video calls about which days would be most important for you to complete based on your current ability and goals.

Our program includes multiple pacing, weight, and intensity options for every workout, ensuring it meets your specific needs. Additionally, we provide optional “weakness workouts” to target areas where you want to improve, whether it’s running efficiency, strength, or conditioning. Daily guidance videos offer tips for adjusting workouts based on your goals, and our coaching team is available to provide personalized advice when needed.

We provide a detailed race-week taper plan to ensure you’re physically and mentally prepared. This includes guidance on adjusting volume and intensity, race-day nutrition, and warm-up routines. Our coaches are available to answer your questions and even schedule calls to discuss your race strategy, helping you feel confident and ready to perform your best. Even if you’re just feeling nervous and want assurance, our coaches have got your back!

Our coaching team is highly accessible and committed to your success. Not only that, but they also absolutely love talking about all things Hyrox! If ever you send a message, you’re guaranteed a detailed response. Additionally, we host regular team calls to dive deeper into topics like technique, nutrition, and race preparation. Our goal is to provide the personalized attention and expert guidance you need to excel in your Hyrox journey.

The duration of all our memberships is on a monthly basis & is therefore freely selectable and can be canceled monthly.
