  • The Frison Method Group Coaching program is designed to meet all Hyrox athletes at their current level and take them to the next. Whether you’re completely new to Hyrox and want to finish your first race, or you’re an experienced athlete aiming to shave minutes off your time or even reach the podium, our individual training plan will meet you where you are. The entire program is adapted to you, your needs, your everyday life and your situation and picks you up where you are right now.

  • We focus on individualisation, proven progressions and daily guidance to ensure every athlete consistently improves. Each day’s programming includes a warm-up, main part and assistance exercises depending on where your strengths and weaknesses lie. We will plan your race strategy together with you and look at the results together after your races to then go even deeper into the math. You don't get a normal program here, you get a coach who is always at your side and accompanies you on your way.

  • One thing that’s very important to us is proven progressions based on Benchmark Testing. No workout in our programming is random or designed purely to make you suffer. Instead, our training is built to maximize your Hyrox performance by combining science-backed strength, endurance, and race-specific workouts. Each session targets key areas like explosive power, sustained aerobic capacity, and mental toughness, ensuring you are prepared for the demands of competition. From structured strength training to sled-heavy Hyrox simulations, threshold runs, or erg intervals, every workout is designed to build both fitness and confidence.

  • That depends entirely on how much time you have available. Our athletes train anywhere from two sessions a week to twice a day. We'll discuss all the possibilities in detail in our first meeting & plan accordingly.

  • We record your exact goals in our first meeting and again and again during the course of the coaching.All our workouts are customized for you based on benchmark tests. This means we find all the numbers we need in the first two weeks & give you exact details for each of your workouts so you understand the exact why behind it and don't go into workouts blindly. We repeat the benchmark tests at regular intervals.

  • We provide a detailed race-week taper plan to ensure you’re physically and mentally prepared. During the race week we always plan an additional call to discuss your personal race tactics. You will receive detailed instructions from us on how you should run the race in order to achieve the best possible result.

  • Our coaching team is highly accessible and committed to your success. Not only that, but they also absolutely love talking about all things Hyrox! If ever you send a message, you’re guaranteed a detailed response. Additionally, we host regular team calls to dive deeper into topics like technique, nutrition, and race preparation. Our goal is to provide the personalized attention and expert guidance you need to excel in your Hyrox journey.

  • When you join The Frison Method, you become part of a thriving community of like- minded athletes who share your passion for Hyrox. Our #TeamTFM members and coaches attend dozens of races throughout the Hyrox season, which means you’ll often have a supportive network to meet and cheer you from training to race day.

  • The duration of all our memberships is on a monthly basis & is therefore freely selectable and can be canceled monthly.

  • When you click on the "Join" button, you will be redirected to the registration. Here you just need to create an account and register for the program. We hold this promptly & it usually takes place in the first 24 hours after your registration. However, you can also book an intro call in our calendar if you wish.

We also offer a highly adaptive Group Coaching Program built around 4 specialized tracks – Running Biased, Strength Biased, Doubles Biased, and a Balanced Track.

Every athlete in the group program has access to all four, allowing you to train based on your evolving needs and performance goals.
